• We read about Dame Naida Glavish, a wahine toia who choice to greet callers with “Kia Ora” instead of “Hello.” Her one action led to a massive change in New Zealand’s cultural identity.
• We think Dame Naida Glavish was an agent of change because she wanted to spread the maori language around new zealand because people was speaking only english.

This week for Inquiry we created an DLO about how I honour the Treaty of Waitangi this activity was very fun to create and write I did this DLO with my buddy with Angelo.

For week 3-4 we create four different images of the same prompt but different styles this activity was very interesting for me we had to create a text box on what style I used for each picture.

This week for Inquiry I have made what was my perspective of what they are thinking and what they are talking about and what they look like they are thinking about.

for this weeks inquiry we created a vision board of our goals in 2026 this week we have been working hard on these Vision boards these are my goals for 2026.

Today was my very first day at Tech Tamaki College. We  made a DLO about how our first day of Tech felt .

Kia ora, my name is Peter. I am in year 7 at Panmure Bridge School. I am very excited to be in LS2 this year because of the new learning that I will be doing.

My favourite things to do are math and literacy. At home I like playing board games with my family. My goal for this amazing year is to improve in all subjects and to finish all of my uncompleted work.

I am very excited to be learning in LS2 with Mrs Fisi’iahi and Mrs Anderson.
